Responsibilities:
• Complete housekeeping for 5BR/4.5BA luxury home
• Maintain property and coordinate repairs
• Daily dog walking and feeding (2 dogs)
• Run errands and grocery shopping
• Lawn care and outdoor maintenance
• Organize closets, pantry and household inventory

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in luxury home management
• Physically capable of handling all duties
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility for occasional weekend work
• Background check required
