5 bed/3.5 bath 3,000sqft home in need of cleaning and general pickup/organization on a semi-weekly basis (every 2 weeks).

Pet friendly home (cats and dogs). Dog can be crated/put outside during cleanings. Homeowner will be home during cleaning.

Cleaning duties include:
-- General pickup/organization when needed
-- Dust/wipe surfaces (tables, blinds, counters, etc.)
-- Deep cleaning carpets and floors
---- Vacuum all floor surfaces (with owner provided equipment)
---- Shampoo carpets (with owner provided equipment)
---- Steam clean hard floors/carpets (with owner provided equipment)
-- Cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, bathtub, shower, mop)
-- Wipe staircase baseboards/banisters
