Need basic cleaning every 3-4 weeks

We have a 2-story house with living/dining space and half bath downstairs, no carpet, about 1200 sq ft. This is the main area of concern. Maybe we would add an upstairs bedroom/bathroom each time. We would be interested in cleaning floors, surfaces, dusting, etc.
