Clean entire house once a month (could switch to twice a month in the future). One story house with 2900 square feet. No carpet - only hard floors and rugs. Change one set of sheets every time and other sheets rarely. Four bedrooms (three are rarely used) and three bathrooms (two are lightly used). No kids or pets. Duration and hourly rate depend on if it's one or more people.
