I try to keep my apartment clean enough and organized enough to be healthy, but being a working mom, I don't have a lot of time to prioritize deep cleans as much as I'd like. I would love to deep clean our bathroom every week, but we're doing it more like once a month. I also rarely find time to prioritize dust accumulating in window frames, book shelves, etc - or to vaccum our bedroom rugs regularly.
