We’re looking to get regular, bi-weekly services of the following:

General Cleaning: defined as removing all garbage, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming / mopping floors, decluttering and organizing rooms. Rooms are living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, 2 kids rooms, master bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom.

Specialized cleaning: same as general, but applied towards our windows and kitchen appliances.

Laundry: Laundry will be cleaned prior, so we’ll need everything folded and put away.

Organization: depending on the state of the house, we’d like help organizing our things in general. For example, if a drawer is disorganized, we’d like taken out completely and organized/decluttered.

We have around a 2800 square foot house, I do not have room sizes at the moment though.
