We live in a ~490 sq.ft. 1 bed, 1 bath apartment and are looking for someone to help with occasional cleaning. Specifically, we would appreciate help include wiping down surfaces and appliances / fixtures, and mopping the floors in the the kitchen, and bathroom as well as general dusting and floor cleaning around the living room (18 x 20 ft) and bedroom (13 x 10 ft).

We also have a lot of a lot of pets including a dog, rabbit, birds, and reptiles. We do not require help with pet care and pet maintenance / enclosure cleaning is not needed. However, the ideal individual must be comfortable around animals and be willing to use animal-friendly cleaning products and methods. Note that cleaning and dusting may include getting pet hair and feathers etc. off of furniture and the floor.

We are looking for a one-time cleaning for now but would be interested in having this individual come by on a recurring once every 2-3months basis if we find them to be a good fit for us.
