I'd like to hire a housekeeper to clean my two bedroom, one bathroom (approximately 800-850 sq ft) apartment once a month, with additional occasional cleanings either before guests, who are visiting me, arrive, or after they leave. The apt has two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a bathroom, a small foyer, and a kitchen.

Cleaning services should include:
-Sweeping & mopping (Bona mop) of wood and tile floors
-Vacuuming of floors and rugs
-Cleaning of all interior surfaces (counters, tabletops, mantles, windows, mirrors, etc.)
-Dusting
-Kitchen cleaning (counters, stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge exterior, floor, sink, putting dishes in dishwasher, etc.)
-Bathroom cleaning (sink, floor, bathtub, toilet)
-Changing bedsheets
-Taking out trash / recycling
-General tidying up

Cleaning should not include:
-Doing laundry
-Hand washing dishes
-Running errands
-Preparing meals
-General maintenance

I will provide all cleaning materials/equipment onsite. No need to bring/buy anything!
