Apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a combined living/dining room. Square footage approximately 1,000 sq ft.

We have 2 boys and 2 (friendly) cats so the apartment needs regular cleaning. Standard things like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchen and bathroom. If you are comfortable doing laundry, that's a plus.
