My name is Jess and I'm a 35-year old with lupus SLE for 10+ years (and other chronic illnesses) that seem to be getting progressively worse. Maintaining my apartment's cleanliness with 3 cats while working full-time and managing my conditions is getting harder to do on my own and I could use some help. Here are the main things that I would need done maybe once every week or two weeks:

- dust everything
- wipe down doors, handles, surfaces, mirrors, and tv screens
- vacuum
- Swiffer
- clean the bath tub and tiles, and air vent
- deep clean cat litter box
- vacuum the sofa
- tightening nuts and bolts on furniture/appliances that I am unable to do myself due to synovitis and arthritis in my hands

I wouldn't mind if you assist me, but it is preferred that you could do the heavy lifting so to speak. I just can't do it on my own anymore.
