House with attached in-law. Looking for counters & floors every-other week - day of week & time of day is flexible. In-law (~600sq ft) will need pick-up/cleaning with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, and living area and emptying/loading/starting dishwasher. Bulk of work will be here. Main house first floor: 1/2 bath & kitchen cleaning. Clean 2 upstairs bathrooms (rest of second floor not needed). Two adults, no kids, pet is a snake in an enclosed habitat in sunroom. In-law adult is home fulltime. Open to suggestion for duration & rate based on your professional assessment.
