Once per month housekeeping - specific tasks

Hi - looking for only once per month housekeeping, for specific tasks and areas consisting of:
Clean: windows (10), pendent lights in kitchen (2) and sliding door to deck (1).
Clean: 2.5 bathrooms: (1) half bath, (1) full bath with standup tiled shower & (1) full bath with bathtub
Vacuum and mop entryway into house (laminate flooring) which is about 400 sq ft
