The house manager should be professional, creative, genuine, patient, friendly, proactive, articulate, and a team player. Maintain a high level of integrity.

Tidying the house, cleaning, loading and unloading dishwasher, and laundry, and keeping all rooms living spaces and toilets tidy at all times. Helping with meal prepping, taking out and bringing in the garbage can. Helping to water the plants, and cleaning the front and backyard porch weekly.

Monday - Friday (2pm - 7pm)
Pay Rate: $20 - 30/hr

Rate is negotiable depending on experience.

I would prefer someone with a driving licence who has a lot of experience looking after children.

The schedule and rate above are our ideal but we can be flexible if we find the right fit and we anticipate this to be a longer tenor lasting 12 months + as long as both parties are happy.
