Housekeeper Responsibilities:

General Cleaning:
Dusting and wiping all surfaces including furniture, shelves, baseboards, window sills, and light fixtures.
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors (hardwood, tile, or carpet) throughout the house.
Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces (e.g., windows, glass tables) Emptying trash bins and replacing liners in all rooms.
Cleaning and sanitizing doorknobs, light switches, and high-touch surfaces

Bedrooms (4):
Dusting furniture and vacuuming carpet or sweeping and mopping floors. Cleaning closet doors, mirrors, and any visible surfaces.

Bathrooms (2):
Scrubbing and sanitizing the toilets, bathtubs, and/or shower areas.
Wiping down and disinfecting sinks, faucets, and countertops.
Cleaning mirrors and any glass doors or shower enclosures.
Sweeping and mopping the floors.

Kitchen:
Cleaning countertops, stovetops, and any visible kitchen surfaces.
Cleaning out the microwave, oven, and refrigerator (as needed).
Wiping down kitchen appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster).
Sweeping and mopping the floor.
Cleaning the sink and faucet area, and sanitizing it.

Finished Basement:
Dusting and vacuuming or sweeping the floors.
Cleaning any furniture or shelving.
Wiping down windows and baseboards.

Supplies:
Maid will use the homeowner’s cleaning supplies and equipment (or maid service may bring their own if preferred).

Frequency & Duration:
The maid will visit once per month, with each cleaning session lasting approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the level of cleaning required
