Good overall first cleaning. House about 2200 sq. ft.
Then every 2 weeks the basics - vacuum/mop floors - some rooms only 1x/month; bathrooms (only a bath and a half); kitchen-all surfaces; occasional organization such as pantry, closets, etc.
