Family of 3 expecting a 4th in February. Exploring on going housekeeping support: cooking, cleaning, laundry and organizing.

Most of the focus would be on support managing the "kids stuff;" like resetting rooms (bedrooms, basement, main level play area), laundry (wash, fold, organize and put away clothes).

We currently have someone who cleans our house bi-weekly, but it is not enough.

We are flexible because we're trying to figure out the happy medium between what we want, need and we can reasonably expect.
