General house cleaning every 3 weeks (vacuum, bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors, windows (as needed), dusting. 4800 sq ft townhouse. Fairly clean family. 3 full 1 half bath (2 showers, one tub/shower combo). 4 bedrooms. $25/HR x 2 people, approx 4 Hrs = $200 total.
