I am looking for a house manager a few days a week (~10 hours a week) in Davidsonville. Our last house manager was a retiree who helped us out a few days a week.

Duties would include:
- scheduling and confirming appointments
- meeting with vendors and contractors
- organization
- running errands
- ordering supplies and groceries
- occasional child pickup and drop off

I’m hoping for someone experienced in this area as they will need a high degree of judgment. Preference for someone local in case of last minute child schedule needs.
