Our nanny turned house manager of 7 years(!) is leaving our family because her own kiddo is starting school in the fall. We’re looking for someone to help with daily tidying, daily dishes, daily laundry, vacuuming the main living spaces, if needed, organizing kitchen, basement and closet spaces, dog walking, running errands for house jobs (changing light bulbs, picking up and putting away groceries) and occasional oversight or driving of the kids. I work from home 3 days a week and am usually home in the after school hours. And, our kids are 11, 9, and 8, and busy. We don’t really need a dedicated nanny for our kids anymore, but are looking for more of a house manager role with occasional kid help and driving. My husband works from home on Mondays and Fridays, too. Our hours can be somewhat flexible and we can add more heavy duty traditional housecleaning with additional hours. Our current nanny has guaranteed hours of 2 to 6 M-Th and 1-5 on Fridays.
