Monthly Housecleaner

Looking for a monthly housekeeper to help with general cleaning and laundry.
Young family with 1 toddler, not pets, 3 bed / 2 bath home.
We have a basement, first floor (kitchen + living room) and second floor that need vacuuming, dusting, rug cleaning, etc.
Laundry would include sheets & towels, but no personal clothes.
