We have a 5 bedroom home, however we only ask that 1 bedroom be cleaned (hard wood floors). We have 3 full bathrooms, however only 1 stand up shower and 1 shower/tub is used. We have an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, (all with ceramic or hard wood floors) and large family room in the basement that would need to be cleaned (only carpeted space to be cleaned). There is a wet bar in the family room area that would also be included. Kitchen: outside of all appliances, inside microwave, outside of cabinets occasionally. Organization is definitely a need, but am not exactly sure how to describe it. I would probably need to show the space and see what can be done. Rate is flexible, I honestly did not know what to put there.
