Deep cleaning then just maintenance intiially a good deep clean then just simple stuff after. My husband and I are just too busy to keep up with everything. Once we finish the basement just throwing a load or two in the washer or dryer then we can fold and put away. We currently are only needing the upper level cleaned. Which includes a bedroom that is not being used and our bedroom along with a bedroom, living room and small kitchen.
