We are looking for help maintaining and managing our home. As a family of 4 with 2 working parents, we find it hard to fit regular cleaning and tidying into our schedule. Currently looking for 2 jobs but open to have the same person do both or to split the work.
1) regular cleaning and tidying up to 2x a month
2) Help with decluttering and organizing. I have a number of projects that I would like help executing and need someone who is willing to run with my ideas and provide feedback. I would love someone who is open to me being home and working along side and working independently as our schedule fluctuates.

We are a neurodivergent family that so benefits from a tidy environment but struggles with the maintenance! We would like someone(s) patient and action oriented.
