Bathrooms (Mopped/showers/toilet/mirrors)
Living room vacuum (If possible mop not required regular visits.)
Kitchen (Dishes in/out dishwasher and put up properly. Counter, floor mopped and swept)
Fold clothes (Resident will put away and wash? open to options)
Office (Bedroom 2) - Sweep, dust, Mop, and organized. Mop/wipe walls
1st bedroom: Vacuum (Resident will take care of the rest)
Base board cleaning once a month.
