Clean-up - House Manager

overseeing the overall cleanliness and maintenance of a household, including, ensuring thorough cleaning routines are followed, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and addressing any issues related to the home's cleanliness,

cleaning tasks
cleaning of surfaces, floors, windows, appliances, and other designated areas, as needed
Inspect cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met
Address any special cleaning needs or requests
Inventory Management:
Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies and equipment
Order new cleaning products as needed and manage budget for supplies
Monitor usage of cleaning supplies to prevent waste
Maintenance Coordination:
Administrative Tasks:
Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed
Maintain cleaning supply inventory logs
Communicate with homeowners regarding cleaning needs and any updates

Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills to interact with homeowners and staff
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and procedures
Maintain closets, bathrooms and pantries organized and facing everything.
Prepare meals.

making beds, as needed.
takeout trash
Laundry. fold, iron and steam clothes, as needed
Run errands. supermarket, as needed to buy groceries for the week of for the meals to be prepared.
