We are looking for someone to do a twice monthly cleaning (to be scheduled by us at different times each month) for our home. We have an adjoining rental unit (studio) that we Airbnb. The total space is 2000 square feet (1500 main house and roughly 450 square foot guest unit). We like the following: sheets changed on beds, bathrooms cleaned, dishes washed, and floors mopped.
