We have a small house - 2 beds, 1 bath, 2 little kids, two cats and a dog, and a lot of stuff. We'd love to have a housekeeper every other week, at minimum, every week, if we can afford it. Ideally this person helps pick up the loose ends we get overloaded by, and can also help us organize better, and potentially assist in eliminating things that aren't working in our space.

Essential duties would be picking up after the kids, cleaning the floors, dusting, scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom when needed.
Extended help would also be great in reorganizing things. we've overloaded our space and need to declutter in general. That would probably involve pulling out things that just aren't fitting in storage spaces, separating into piles for us to make decisions about. Unsure. I've never hired anyone to help with organization, but we could use it.
