Help with Cleaning/Organization that will be benefital for an elderly

Hi Im lookking for someone that can help with the maintence of cleaning the house, with my dad being 81 and getting confused often. things go missing. I need someone that can help clean and organize our kitchen, living room and help with garbage. but mainly organization that will be helpful for the elderly.
