The total living space to be managed is 1200 sq ft 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, hall, and occasionally garage. Someone who can start ASAP is ideal!

The position requires cleaning once per month to begin with but does have the possibility to increase! The ideal candidate will perform normal housekeeping chores such as dusting, mopping, and moving furniture where required to clean. Cleaning of the kitchen would also be required, including the microwave and refrigerator. Typical cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, halls, and windows would also be expected.

They do not have any pets! Some tasks may be incurred infrequently cleaning of garage or front porch, but you would be paid additionally for this.
