Hello - looking to line up housekeeping services for my elderly parents. House is single story 1500 sqft condo. Wood / Tile floors. Small dog. Services will need to include cleaning kitchen and bathrooms (including emptying trash), dusting, vacuuming, dry mop and wet mop of floors, dusting of baseboards. Will need periodic cleaning of lamp shades, shutters and ceiling fans. Need to schedule a regular cleaner (needs to be the same person/team each time) bi-monthly.
