I am a mother of two full grown sons ... who are the lights of my life.
Children are the most important job of any parent and this extends to their choices in choosing an assistant in their care.
I have been in Home Health Care for nearly 15 years.
For the past year, I have been working with two companies in Utah, ComforCare and Quality of Life In-Home care, taking care of seniors. Prior to that I worked as a live in Care provider for a wonderful woman, in Spokane at her home for 8 plus years, the last 2 1/2 also taking care of my now nearly 4 yr old niece while my sister worked, 40 plus hours a week.
Personal Needs care for adults and children are seemingly my specialty, and a job that I love.
Meals are obviously a responsibility in this field, so I am fully capable of preparing healthy meals, and what's more important to children than a healthy diet to develop strong bodies and minds.
As far as training goes, mine is in personal experience both in the field as a care provider and my personal life as a mother myself.
