I am a credentialed teacher in California who just received her masters and moved to Lynnwood, WA. I have a lot of experience working with different age groups and can provide a clean background check from Sittercity.com. I have taken care of babies to toddlers, school aged kids to high school students. I even have experience working as a career teacher for young adults. I am 100% bilingual in English and in Spanish who takes her job serious. I am a caring, nurturing cheerful educator/ babysitter.
In regards to children with disabilities or adults who need care, I also have a lot of experience. First, let me say that I have raised my own son who is an autistic adult and is doing great. I know a lot about resources. I have also taken care of 2 young adults who have cerebral palsy. One of them was a female and the other was an adult. Both were nonverbal and could not walk. Plus, they couldn't feed themselves so I also took care of that.
In regards to seniors, I took care of my dad until he passed away with dementia and kidney failure. I know how the resources work to have a doctor come to the house to see them or how the transportation part works.
