Hello my name is chandrell Powells. I am 22 years old and have been in the healthcare and companion work field for 3 years. My journey started off working in the nursery at church when I was 14 learning how to deal with the infants and toddlers. From that point I was ready to interact with the kids from 5 and up. I would teach children’s church on Wednesday nights. I then started watching the church members families when they needed me. I started working with a college nanny team when I graduated high school. It was something familiar to me and a great way for me to keep a job. I got interested in the healthcare system and wanted to be an ultrasound technician. I started working at mission care handling the elderly and now I work part time at memorial Hospital in the float pool. I watch infants up to adults.
