We highly recommend Nancy to care for your children! When she was with our family, she primarily watched our 1 yr old while our 3 yr old attended preschool. She juggled both toddlers every afternoon after school and on the days our 3 yr old’s school was closed. Nancy quickly got in sync with our family’s routines and bonded with our kids- she is a natural with kids and kept the flow of our house going seamlessly. She took a genuine interest in our kids likes/dislikes and was incredibly patient with them. Nancy came to our house with a positive attitude, and loved and respected our kids no matter what emotions or tantrums they had. She still takes time to be a part of their lives even though our youngest is now in preschool.
Nancy was accountable, stayed late if my meetings ran over, celebrated special occasions with us, and babysat for us. Having a nanny like Nancy, who understood the impact she had on our day-to-day and our kids’ lives, was invaluable to our family.

Nancy worked for us just short of two months. She only had transportation issues a couple of times, she cared for our son, and she was great to deal with day-to-day. However, she abruptly quit with less than 24 hours' notice before providing childcare knowing my wife and I would be working. When we reached out to discuss why she made this decision, she did not respond to our calls or texts.
