As a PCA, would assist the registered nurse with patients, such as taking vitals
q8 or q4 hrs, glucose monitoring, assisting the patients (if ambulatory) to the restroom, where if ordered measure I and O's ( input and output) or empty and
measure the foley. Assist the patient with ADL, such as bathing, brushing teeth,
or shaving. Notify the nurse if there are any abnormal vitals, or if the patient
appears or is in distress. Also, provided post-mortem care if the patient expired.
