I have been a medical assistant over 25 years now. I have worked in family practice and neurologist office. I have loved working with patients of all ages. I am compassionate and love to help people of all ages. I have learned over the years of working in the medical field that helping individuals is such a rewarding career. I want a change in my career and want to work one on one with an elderly patient in a house setting instead of an office. I find our elderly patients are sweet and I would like to focus all my attention on working with an individual elderly patient at this point in my career. Another option that I would consider would be to work with elementary through teenagers children as well. I love animals too. I have two grown adults that I have raised and I have two grandchildren that I watch and spend time with. Having raised my children and watching my grandchildren has given plenty of hands on experience with children and teenagers. My hands on experience with working in medical offices qualifies me in elderly and children care. I have also acted as a liaison and gave verbal results and updates to the patients family members. The updates with family members keeps us all on the same page and is an essential part of keeping the elderly and or children healthy and safe.
