Hi! My name is Bethany and I'm a professional caregiver that's looking for a care position that can start ASAP. I've cared for seniors for the past 10 years. I use to work in an assisted living home so I have a lot of different skills and am very resourceful. I'm reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and very caring. I provide medication management & prompts, constant supervision, and mobility assistance(I have walker & wheelchair experience). Other tasks I can do/ have experience with includes- bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance/Depends, hygiene, transfers, wound care, and companionship. I've done both in-home and senior home care, with both male and female clients. I have experience caring for those with heart issues, alzheimer's, dementia, ptsd, blindness, hearing loss, and limited movement due to stroke or injury just to name a few. I'm very patient, a problem-solver, and work well under pressure. I'm CPR/first aid certified. I'm someone who takes initiative; I can help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry. I'm also comfortable with pets, if needed. I enjoy doing activities with my clients. I've done music therapy in the past(I don't charge extra), we can go outside for walks, gardening, watch TV, play cards, bird watch, cooking, or whatever they enjoy doing.
