I started as a "companion" fresh out of high school, although I've done lots of other things throughout the years, mostly business management. (That makes for interesting conversations with my clients, especially if they're more refined or former professionals themselves.) A couple years back I refreshed myself by getting training at Comfort Keepers, since care-giving is now my career.

One of my very best friends (she's not even a client) is a lady spit-fire at 85yrs young :)

I love to cook, especially what I call "Mom food" that consists of wholesome, healthy, satisfying American fare like meatloaf, green beans sauteed in a little olive oil and garlic, mashed potatoes or really good salads. Healthy fruit/veggie shakes are great, too!

Your pets are in good hands, as I've personally had scads of all types (home and ranch) and was also a manager at Petco where I also received Companion Animal training as well. (I am a Certified Companion Animal Caretaker.)

Spotless driving record and no criminal record. Don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. (I guess it's pretty embarrassing when I think about it :)
