Over the years I have done many things. During College I tutored Spanish and did housecleaning and babysitting. After college, I taught in public school. While my first husband was getting his Master's, I worked at a Nursing home with mostly elderly people. Later, I taught in Spain, where we were missionaries, as well as raising our three kids and helping in various capacities until my first husband died of cancer in 1990. I stayed in Spain for a total of over 32 years (teaching, caring/counselling, organizing events, mentoring), and more recently, after remarrying and coming to the States, taking care of my elderly husband who had a number of hospitalizations and other problems. People have always said I was helpful,caring and patient. I think I have enough experience to understand some medical things quite well, though I have no certification in any medical field. (I have a BA and an MA in Biblical studies and Music Education.)
