Hi my name is Sharon Turner, I am a very energetic 53 years old, I am divorced and my youngest just graduated college. I have been taking care of Seniors for the past two and a half years and have experience with six different Seniors ranging between 77 years and 92 years old with various health issues. I love taking care of our Elderly.
 

I left the corporate world after 20 years, by choice to be a part of the solution for Seniors wanting to remain in their homes, while receiving care and companionship from someone who is conscientious and loving. I have an abundance of patience, experience with medical conditions, consistently good morals and an amazing work ethic. This is a deliberate vocation for me partially driven by my concern with the level of inadequate care available for the Elderly.

I specialize in live-in because there is a need for it and I feel that the elderly do much better when they have consistent care and companionship within the comfort of their own home. I have found that music and laughter to be the best medicine for the Elderly as well as allowing them to maintain their dignity. I find things that they are able to participate in that keeps their mind and where possible their bodies active. This is never a sitter job for me I become an extended family member who they can come to trust and depend on.
