I am a retired United States Air Force veteran who has 26+ years of experience balancing a career and raising 3 wonderful young adults. Additionally, my community support & volunteer work involved organizing events focused on the family. I have basic life saving and CPR skills, two college degrees, over 12 years experience as a physical fitness leader, and am working toward my 200hr yoga instructor certification. I became a caregiver because serving others is my way of life.
