ABOUT ME:
My name is Michelle and I am a 52 year-young proud mom of two beautiful grown children who live out of the home. My son is 29 a Marine and my daughter is 26 who just moved to Australia. I am single by choice and live with my two cats. My schedule is very flexible (if needed.)

I have been a volunteer for numerous programs such as CASA, Big Sister and numerous nursing homes in FL. It is so rewarding to be able to put a smile on someone who is alone in a nursing home simply by spending a little time with them.

By nature, I am nurturing, loving, and caring. Since childhood, I have always been good with elderly people. My passion in life has been caring for children and seniors. I do realize how difficult it is to find a person to care for your loved one as you would. I am energetic, responsible and dependable. I'm an excellent cook and enjoy making homemade nutritious meals. I rarely am on my phone unless it is something that needs my immediate attention or a family emergency. Nothing worse then paying someone to care for your loved one and having them text all day!

For the past 4 years I've been caring for an 87 year old woman who has MS. Responsibilities include; Assistance with transferring from wheelchair, personal care, medication management, doctors appointment. I love to cook for her (homemade meals), light house keeping, laundry, companionship, library, trips to Foxwoods via Senior Center, feeding the ducks, out to eat, playing cards, keeping her happy. Lastly, Healthcare/CPR certified.
