Hi, my name is Heidi and I've been living in Center City Philadelphia for 5 years as a public high school teacher. I teach English and Spanish and have all of my child abuse clearances and certifications.
I have experience babysitting kids of all ages, as well as tutoring, and teaching kids to become bilingual in Spanish/English. I also have experience caring for the elderly since I grew up volunteering in a nursing home where my mom worked as a physical therapist. I helped with wheelchair transports and basic rehab exercises and wellness routines. I also continue to volunteer in Guatemala at Elder Centers during the summertime, organizing activities and games for them.
In my spare time, I love dancing, reading, playing games, and baking.
I grew up with dogs and currently have two cats of my own, have a clean driver's record, and am a non-smoker. I also would be happy to do some light housework or meal preparation if needed.
