My experience has been with my own mother and mother in law. My mother had severe dementia in her early 60's and came to live with me until she needed full time, round the clock care. At the same time my mother in law, now 98, was also living with us, she just needed a little assistance with pills, washing clothes, cooking etc to the point that she couldn't live alone. I will be re-certified for First Aid/CPR in the next few weeks.
