Past experience- I worked with Danville services high risk health. I worked with people using Hoyer lift, trach care, g-tube, and catheter. I gave medication through g-tube or oral. Oral medication were given after crushed with medication or just given with water. physical therapy was given 2x a day along with skin checks. Graveyard was my position.
Past experience- I worked with up and out Inc. Here I worked with deaf and or blind. These clients were more self reliant. Had one client who had a complex health. Deaf and blind was a challenge for someone who diabetic type 1. This client got injection per dr. Order. Sign language was the key. For the ones who were blind under the hand was taught and normal sign (with facial expressions) if the person was deaf. Basic house duites were given cook, clean, restock, order, and organize. Everything was documented
