I am recently Red Cross certified in adult CPR and first aid, and am vaccinated and boosted. I am reliable, communicative, and value presence, respect, joy, and curiosity when engaging with elders, their families, and other caregivers. I live in Milwaukie, just South of Portland, with my husband. I am a former massage therapist, a mindfulness teacher, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
