Hi, my name is Deanna! I love working with children, seniors and pets. I also love cleaning and cooking. I am a bit of a perfectionist so you can except to be satisfied with the work that I do. I have 9 years of experience working with children from newborns to teenagers. I also have a young child with autism, so I have 5 years of experience working with special needs. I have been a caregiver to disabled veterans, for 8 years. I specialize I care for those affected by dementia, Alzheimer's, PTSD, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. I am CPR certified and and have a basic first aid license. I also have a CNA and home health care license. I got into the medical field because when I was a young girl my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer. I helped him alot but not nearly as much as his caregiver. I always wished there was more I could do to help and I looked up to the women and men who would come into our home and make such a big difference, not only in his life but in mine and my grandmother's as well. I knew then what I wanted to do when I grew up. I have a very big heart. Empathy and sympathy are my strong suits. I believe God blessed me with these characteristics so I could help others. I care a lot about people, so in giving back and helping those in need, I am truly doing what I love and fulfilling my purpose in life. I have 3 beautiful children of my own and I know how busy life can be, when trying to work and provide for the ones you love, I truly believe it takes a village! I have the heart of a servant and I am here to help!
