Jenn Aguero, Executive Director of Academic and Behavioral Learning Enrichment (A.B.L.E.), was an aspiring teacher working on her bachelor’s degree when she responded to a newspaper ad to work with a child with autism. She began formally doing ABA therapy in January of 2005. Once she completed her undergraduate degree from Miami University, she started doing ABA therapy on a full time basis. She obtained dual teaching licenses in Special Education-Mild/Moderate and Special Education-Moderate/Intensive. Jenn went on to pursue a Master’s degree from Southern Illinois University in Behavior Analysis and Therapy. Additionally, she completed her coursework and supervision to become a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in December 2012 and eventually became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Jenn comes to A.B.L.E. from various programs which specialized in 1:1 discrete trial training and small group instruction. She has also supervised the daily operations of an autism treatment center and trained incoming staff. Jenn has experience in providing parent training, alternate assessment compliance, consultation and training with school districts, and functional behavior assessments.
