Hi my name is Kristen I have 7 years experience in home health. I was with a previous company and was lead staff. I worked really hard to get to where I was and learned so much over the years. I have 5 kiddos of my own and absolutely love caring for others,helping in any way. I'm great with organizing cooking cleaning, redirecting difficult situations. I don't look at home care as a job it's truly rewarding,we all become family. Your care or theirs is most important. I work hard to make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of including helping with the house and their environment. I'm easy going and very understanding. Anything that you ask i will get it done. I can babysit as well and have 16 plus years experience. My oldest is 16. I can provide references and anything else needed. I am med 1 2 and 3 trained. cpr certified. Prices can be negotiated as I know times are tough. What i love most about care giving is being there for them, listening to them their preferences letting them know that I'm not just there for s pay check but also as a friend. I can give great recommendations, redirecting is also a plus to have as I'm super understanding they may not want to do something that is needed but we can find ways to accommodate to them. It's most important that they are heard and feel listened to. I am good with behaviors,the more we work together the easier it will be for them. I have experience with bathing, hygiene, transpertation to and from Dr appointments, routines, medications, cathing, air way clearances, breathing machines, oxygen, resources, accommodations, helping them achieve their life goals, if there is a need they have not figured out I can help figure that out and guarantee by the end of the day it will be done.
