I started out babysitting for friends of family when I was 15. Continued through high school and after for my sister and different families over the years. Next when I was 24 I had my son John and began working with Crossroads Christian church in their Kids club area. I've been working with them weekly since October of 2017. I started in newborn rooms and moved up as my son did. Working in the church and having my son has let me find my true love for small children. I have experience with up to middle school. Mostly preK , toddler and newborn. Toddlers are my choice of age group. Watching them learn new things is what I love the most. Being able to teach them and see them hit milestones and start new things is a true blessing to me. While enjoying a learning environment, I am a play type of caregiver. A positive environment with plenty of encouragement, activity and overall tools to learn is my goal. I am animal friendly, Love outdoor play, enjoy Dr.Suess storytime and dancing sing alongs and encourage creativity.
